Segmentation is the process of choosing the contacts to whom you want to send an email. You can create a segment to target groups of contacts, including:

Individual contacts Specific imports Specific campaign results Specific contact demographics

Before sending your email communication to a full list, you should send a test. Sensorpro offers a segment type called a "Seed List". This allows you to create a list for testing purposes.

How to create a segment based on an imported list

This is the most popular way to target an audience.

Note 1 - If you select several lists, Sensorpro will remove duplicates. You will have one segment of unique email addresses.

Note 2 - Sensorpro removes optouts and bounces from your segments.&nbsp;&nbsp;

If you need to send an email to all contacts, this is the way to create a segment of all active contacts. Active contacts are contacts who not opted out or bounced.
