Getting Started

To send SMS campaigns in Sensorpro, phone numbers must be in the following format:

CountryCode Provider Number (with no spaces).

In your CSV file, make sure the numbers are in this format before you upload the file to Sensorpro. Here is how it might look:

Tip: For the Phone Number column, make sure that column is formatted as "Number", otherwise your numbers might look like this:

To format as number, highlight the column. Right click on the selected column and "Format Cells".

Change the type to Number, with 0 decimal places.

Preparing Phone Numbers

Import your number list using the same process as importing an email list. <a href="https://sensorpro.walkthrough.so/pblc/HmDktyfBkGVi">Follow this guide</a> if you need help.

Important: Email address is the main identifier for all contacts in Sensorpro. You will need an email address for all contacts. If you import new contacts with no email address, the import process will skip them.&nbsp;

Import the phone number to the PhoneMobile field.

Importing Phone Numbers

If SMS is enabled on your account, you will see an SMS credit total on the home screen.

If you don't see an SMS Credits total, please enable SMS using the following menu:

1. Click the Shopping Cart icon at the top right of the screen.

From the Select contacts step, click the green Add New button:

In the Segment rules &gt; Popular tab:

Click OK and your segment will build.

1. From step 3 in your campaign (Send SMS), click the green Add New SMS button.

Tip: If you want to schedule the email, use the Schedule broadcast for future date/time panel.
